Delta Chapter, Sigma Theta Tau International, wins Chapter Key Award

TheDelta Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International, at the University of Kansas School of Nursing, will receive a 2009 Chapter Key Award at the 40^th Biennial Sigma Theta Tau International convention in Indianapolis, Ind., Oct. 31, 2009.

In a letter to the Delta Chapter, Sigma Theta Tau International President Dr. Carol Huston stated, “Your chapter is an outstanding reflection of the work of a vibrant chapter.”

The Chapter Key award recognizes chapters that excel in the areas of leadership, knowledge, service, community and sustainability.It is awarded based on two years of chapter effort. This is the ninth time that Delta Chapter has received this award.
