School of Medicine Match Day photos

The 2009 School of Medicine Match Day took place on Thursday, March 19, as fourth-year medical students found out where their residency will take place. Students will be attending a variety of residency programs including, but not limited to, New York University School of Medicine, Smoky Hill Family Practice Center, the Cleveland Clinic, the National Naval Medical Center, Brigham and Women's Hospital, and the Yale-New Haven Hospital.

Many students will also be staying in Kansas City and Wichita attending the the KU School of Medicine or the Wichita Center for Graduate Medical Education (WCGME) to complete their residency program.
