Payment is required at the time of registration. Only registrations accompanied with payment will be accepted. Please register in advance. Fees include course materials, continental breakfast, lunch, refreshments and continuing education credit.

Lodging

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Sheraton Crown Center Hotel at the daily rate of $139.00 for single or double occupancy. Call 816-391-4410, ask for the IN HOUSE reservations department, and mention that you will be attending the Midwest Conference on Cell Therapy and Regenerative Medicine.  To take advantage of this special rate, make your reservations by Sunday, August 31, 2014 at 5:00 pm CST.  After Friday, August 31, 2014 at 5:00 pm CST, room availability and rates cannot be guaranteed.

 

Location & Parking

All events will take place at the Sheraton Crown Center Hotel. Please bring a sweater or jacket, since temperatures can be difficult to control in large rooms. For more information about Kansas City area events, call the Visitor Information Line, 816-841-1000.

 

Refund and Cancellation Policy

A full refund of registration fees, less a $15 administrative fee, will be available if requested in writing and received by September 12, 2014. No refunds will be made after that date. A $30 fee also will be charged for returned checks. (Please note that if you fail to cancel by the deadline and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.) KU Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel the Midwest Conference on Cell Therapy and Regenerative Medicine and return all fees in the event of insufficient registration. The liability of the University of Kansas is limited to the registration fee. The University of Kansas will not be responsible for any losses incurred by registrants, including but not limited to airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.

 

Privacy Policy

KU Continuing Education does not share, sell, or rent its mailing lists. You have our assurance that any information you provide will be held in confidence by KU Continuing Education. We occasionally use mailing lists that we have leased. If you receive unwanted communication from KUCE, it is because your
