The Department of Microbiology, Molecular Genetics and Immunology at the University of Kansas Medical Center invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant/Associate Professor level in the area of microbial pathogenesis (bacterial or viral) or immunology. We seek exceptional candidates (Ph.D., MD or MD/PhD degrees), with documented evidence of quality research as indicated by a strong record of peer-reviewed publications. Successful candidates will be expected to establish or have established an externally funded, independent research program and participate in graduate and medical education.
