Hope is a practicing general pathologist in Dayton, Ohio. Hope completed her residency in Anatomic & Clinical Pathology at Washington University in St. Louis, where she also served as Chief Resident. She subsequently completed a fellowship in Transfusion Medicine and Blood Banking, where she was voted "Best Clinical Fellow Teacher" by the Pathology Department house staff. Hope received several national and institutional awards for research during residency, and was named a "40 Under Forty" selectee for laboratory leadership by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP). Hope enjoys teaching medical students and residents and engaging clinicians in the practice of pathology and laboratory medicine.
