Walk with Ease Workshop

Offered in the Spring and Fall, Walk with Ease is a FREE six-week program developed by the Arthritis Foundation that can teach you how to safely make physical activity part of your everyday life by 

  • Reducing the pain and discomfort of arthritis
  • Increasing balance, strength and walking pace
  • Building confidence in your ability to be physically active
  • Improving overall health

Each one-hour session will have time for health information, stretching, walking and strategies to help tackle challenges that we all encounter when we're trying to maintain an exercise program.
