The fitness programs at the Landon Center are open to those over 60. We have a wide variety of options including Exercise Classes, Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Medication, and Zumba. The only requirement is a consent form the potential participant's physician.Exercise can help maintain our independence and mobility by strengthening muscles and bones. Our classes are designed with the older adult in mind. The Landon Center’s fitness room is located at 3599 Rainbow Boulevard, Kansas City, KS 66160.
The Fitness Center Classes are one hour long and consist of strength training, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular training.

Zumba is a high energy class designed to raise the heart rate and get the body moving! Simple dance and aerobic steps put to your favorite songs. This class will get your heart rate elevated and body temperature on the rise.
