Call us at 913-588-1464 or get the registration form to register now.

Through a collaboration between Kansas City Hospice and Palliative Care, the KU-KCHPC Palliative Care Fellowship Program, the Central Plains Geriatric Education Center at the University of Kansas Medical Center, the Center for Telemedicine & Telehealth at KUMC, and KUMC's Area Health Education Centers, the ongoing Weekly Update Lectures are going to be available to a multi-disciplinary, statewide audience through the use of ITV and web casting through Adobe Connect. Each week the program includes two lectures on Thursday mornings - one from 8:00-9:00 a.m. central time, and the second from 9:00-10:00 am.

Continuing Education will be provided by University of Kansas AHECs. For each 1-hour lecture the registration fee will be $15. Typically there are 2 lectures each week, so to attend both lectures in a week will require payment of $30 in registration fees. Pre-registration and payment will be required. On site payment will not be possible as the coordinators at ITV sites are not prepared to process payments. Payments are handled by the Central Plains Geriatric Education Center. Payment may be made by check (payable to the KUMC Research Institute) or by credit card (Visa and MasterCard are accepted). To register by mail or fax, click on the "REGISTER" button below to get the registration form. Registrations may also be taken over the phone. Call Nicole Palmer at (913) 588-1464.
