Use of Grant Funds

No part of the grant shall be used to carry on propaganda, lobbying or otherwise attempt to influence legislation.

Budget

No expenditures for the project shall exceed those set forth in the project budget, except that non-personnel expenditures may exceed line item submissions by up to 10% so long as the total expenditure for the project does not exceed the total project budget.
