Dairy Management Inc. (DMI)

1. Fund transfers in excess of 10% of any budget category (per funding period) or any transfers involving travel requires written approval from DMI.
2. DMI must be notified of any budget reallocations.
3. DMI must approve, in writing, the purchase of equipment. Any equipment valued in excess of $500 per item with a useful life of at least two years, purchased with DMI funds, is the property of DMI.
4. Un-expended funds from a completed budget period may be carried over into the new budget period with written approval from DMI. 5. Un-expended funds at the conclusion of the study must be returned to DMI.
