Association of Teachers of Preventive Medicine (ATPM)

1. Administrative changes including budget revisions, supplemental funding requests, continuation applications will be submitted to ATPM.
2. The PI has the authority to re-budget funds within and between the direct cost categories of the original approved budget, to meet unanticipated expenses or to accomplish certain programmatic changes. The amount re-budgeted may not exceed 10% of the total project award, with a maximum amount of $100,000 over the life of the award.
3. If budget revisions exceed the 10% maximum, or would alter the original scope of work, prior approval is needed.
4. ATPM may authorize a carry-forward of project funds from the previous budget period to the current budget period within an approved project period. If the amount to be carried forward exceed 25% of the total amount awarded or $250,000 (whichever is less), prior approval is required.
