Mandatory Internal Proposal Review and Submission Timeline:

• 10 business days prior to agency deadline - The completed and signed KUMCRI Proposal Routing Sheet, an electronic and hard copy of the proposal (all forms completed; research plan only may be draft form) must be provided to the SPA office for initial proposal review and feedback.
  OR
• 5 business days prior to agency deadline - The completed and signed KUMCRI Proposal Routing Sheet, an electronic and hard copy of the completed proposal ("ready-to-submit") must be provided to the SPA office for initial proposal review and feedback.
• 2 business days prior to agency deadline - The proposal will not be submitted, or, submit to SPA with Late Proposal Submission Exemption Form signed by the Associate Vice Chancellor for Research Administration.
