In support of the Support Services Alignment Playbook goal of ensuring that staff focus intently on customer requirements, OIO staff is offering Customer Service Training twice a month. 2015 dates and times are listed below. All sessions are in 1101 Delp, unless noted otherwise.

Performance Excellence Book Club
The book club will meet 2-3 p.m. on the first Thursday of every month in the OIO conference room (1024 Murphy). Any member of the KUMC community is welcome to attend (students, residents, faculty and staff).
We are currently reading the book "Switch: How to Change Things When Change is Hard" by Chip and Dan Heath. A limited number of copies are availble in the Dykes library.
Continue the Conversation
"Continue the Conversation" is a grass-roots gathering for current and previous participants of The Jayhawk Way training program. It is a discussion-based event in which people can have conversations about how they are applying the concepts of The Jayhawk Way in their daily work and lives.
The next Continue the Conversation is scheduled for 10-11 a.m. on July 17, 2015 in 4016 Varnes.
The Cultural Ambassadors were formed by "alumni" from The Jayhawk Way training program. The ambassadors meet regularly to plan continuing education activities to ensure the sustainability of the principles and practices of The Jayhawk Way an to enhance their impact on a healthy, vibrant culture at KUMC.

Weekly Jayhawk Breaks
