Welcome to the Organizational Improvement Office (OIO).

The purpose - or WHY - of the Organizational Improvement Office is to partner with the campus community to enhance organizational effectiveness.

The method - or HOW - OIO uses to lead change is a systems approach that focuses on work systems, measurable and improving results, adaptation of best practices, and cycles of learning and improvement. Our approach is modeled after the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program from the National Institute of Standards and Technology in the Department of Commerce. Its approach is based on the following criteria:
