OIO uses a proven systems approach that includes foci on work systems, measurable and improving results, use of best practices, and cycles of learning and improvement. Our approach is The Jayhawk Way, which is modeled after the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program from the National Institute of Standards and Technology in the Department of Commerce.
