Rachel Sandoval

Title: LEAP! Coordinator

Role in the ADC: I coordinate our Lifestyle Enrichment for Alzheimer's Prevention program, which provides education on lifestyle behaviors that promote healthy brain aging to communities in the Kansas City area.

Education: I received my bachelor's degree in Dietetics from the University of Central Missouri. I went on to complete my dietetic internship with the University of Kansas Medical Center and became a registered dietitian nutritionist in 2015. I stayed at KUMC for another year to complete my master's degree in Dietetics and Nutrition.

Personal Interests: I love spending time with my husband, taking long walks, reading, and playing tennis.
