2008 Transformation Challenge

The holidays are over. You made your new year's resolutions. Now, tell me how, you plan to keep them? How long will you you be able to stick with all those health and fitness changes you want to make before you go back to your old ways? Here's the solution.

Sticking to your New Years resolution is more than just writing it down on a piece of paper. Your commitment needs a good plan. A ,plan that holds you accountable and motivates you to stick with it. Disciplining yourself to overcome bad habits and take on new ones is not always easy. The average person puts on five to seven pounds during the course of the year. Many of those extra pounds are added in the last two month of the year during the holiday season.

Kirmayer Fitness Center and Jeff Sygman's 2008 Transformation Challenge will help you make your fitness and health goals achievable. This program, will provide you with tools necessary to make your resolution more than just a promise you failed to keep.

The Kirmayer Fitness Center and Jeff Sygman's 2008 Transformation Challenge will help you improve or maintain your fitness and health now that the excitement of the new year is over. During the next ten weeks, you will be doing something to insure that you don't fall off the wagon before you finish what you started.
