days or the negotiated deadline.
Standard: 95% of all problems reported by noon are fixed that
business day; otherwise next business day. Patient care-related problems are resolved
on a priority basis, regardless of time reported. Technicians are dispatched outside
normal business hours as required.
Standard: Telephone devices will be reliable with a failure rate
of no more than 1% per week.
Standard: 98% of Hospital orders of 5 or fewer phone lines in
15 business days or less from receipt of order with all necessary information being
provided by the Hospital requestor
