All petition fees must be paid by the employer. The department needs to select the appropriate fee below based on the petition type and request that checks be made payable to: U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Washington, D.C. 2052 8; FEIN: 54-0592745. Immigration requires that a separate check be submitted for each fee.

Note: A separate, additional fee of $1,225 is required for the optional premium processing service.
