International Student Orientation Manual
The Office of International Programs provides an orientation for all new and returning KUMC international students in an effort to answer questions students may have regarding their educational experience at the Medical Center. Orientation is offered two times each year, once in the Spring and once in the Fall, to prepare students for the upcoming semester.
The orientation process usually takes two days. The first day consists of informal lectures and presentations to include an introduction to the campus and the international process. The second day is designed for visits to local agencies and institutions to obtain needed documents and establish accounts. Information about orientation will be sent with the student's immigration documents.
