Committee Goals

The goals of the International Affairs Committee are:  

1. Maintain an Office of International Programs to coordinate and carry out IAC Goals.
2. Promote utilization of international sites for student and faculty learning experiences.
3. Promote culturally competent curriculum activities.
4. Showcase international academic opportunities and facilitate integration of campus organizations with international health care focus.
5. Focus on issues surrounding current international/global health concerns (e.g., Tobacco Use, HIV/AIDS, Mental Health, Violence, Infectious Disease, Nutritional Well-Being, War, Woman and Child Safety, Care of Refugee Population).
