Visiting the USCIS District Office

InfoPass Now Available at all USCIS Offices

InfoPass is an internet-based system for electronic scheduling of appointments with immigration officers at US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) offices. This system replaces the old process of waiting in line for possibly several hours for a chance to speak to an officer. If you have an immigration need or question that should be addressed by a USCIS officer in person, InfoPass offers a convenient alternative to waiting in line for assistance. InfoPass appointments are available up to two weeks in advance. Hours are 7:30a.m. to 2:30p.m., Monday through Thursday, or by appointment


    To find the office:

  • Drive north on Rainbow Boulevard, just past Southwest Boulevard (not Southwest Trafficway).
  • From Rainbow Boulevard, make a left-hand turn onto I-35 South.
  • Follow I-35 South and exit onto I-635 North.
  • From I-635 North, bear left at the interchange onto I-29 North.
  • Travel on I-29 North to Exit 10, Tiffany Springs Road.
  • Turn left at bottom of exit ramp, onto Tiffany Springs Road.
  • Turn left on Prairie View Drive.
  • Turn right onto 97th Terrace.
  • Turn left on Conant Avenue.
  • Follow Conant Avenue to the CIS District Office, on the left side of the street.

    Allow 30 minutes from KUMC to reach the district office.
