Requirements for Reporting New Address or Change of Address with CIS

All KUMC sponsored internationals must report a change of address within 10 days of the change to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Active students (F-1, J-1) and scholars (J-1) may accomplish this by sending written or email notice to the Office of International Programs. The changes will be entered and reported to DHS through the SEVIS system.

Internationals in another status, such as H-1B or TN, may file a change of address report by completing the AR-11 form, which can be found on the USCIS website.
