International House

KUMC requires that all short-term, elective international students live in the International House. The house is located within five minutes walking distance to the Medical Center. The cost is $600 per month, or fraction thereof, per person. The house is completely furnished. It has five private bedrooms with locks, two shared bathrooms with locks, washer and dryer, complete kitchen, and community living areas.

The International House is completely furnished with everything necessary to live comfortably. Students are only responsible for personal items, food, and long distance calling. There are two sets of bed linens, two sets of towels, etc., for each bedroom. It is important to note that while the rooms are private, the International House does accommodate male and female residents. No overnight guests and no pets or animals are permitted in the International House.
