Application Process

Once an online application form is submitted and an available spot is secured, the student will have to complete an application packet, which includes:

  1. Application form
  2. Letter from your Dean of Students
  3. Letter from your Department Chair(s)
  4. Proof of IELTS or TOEFL
  5. Student Health Services Form and Immunization Records
  6. Personal letter stating that you understand ALL of the requirements
  7. Application Fee
  8. Accomodation Fee

A non-refundable application/registration fee of $600 USD is required for one rotation and $1200 is required for two consecutive rotations and must be enclosed with the application. The student is also required to submit non-refundable accommodation fees of $725.  No additional fees are required.

Completion of Immunization records is required. This form and supplemental documents must be reviewed and approved by our Student Health Coordinator prior to elective approval. Please refer to the Immunization Requirements page for more information.
