**NOTE: Media/ITV Podiums are available upon request for these rooms. The podium includes: DVD/VCR Combo, Document Camera, 35mm Slide to Video Converter, Microphone (wired and wireless) and Computer. The Podium also controls technical functions for ITV use.
The use of the Media/ITV Podium requires technical support staffing throughout the duration of the event. Only the AV equipment (i.e. Media/ITV Podium, video/data projector, computer, document camera, slide to video converter, DVD/VHS combo, microphone, etc.) for this room may be utilized. Bringing personal, rented, departmental, or any other equipment not specifically designated for this room is prohibited. Laptops are allowed.
**ITV requires Technical Assistance (Media Prodcution/Video Prodcution)
The use of A/V equipment in these rooms requires a minimum 1 hour setup and 1 hour tear-down. Please allow 1 weeks notice for ITV's and technical assistance. Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
