*Note: The Media/ITV Podium is available upon request for this room.  The podium includes: VHS VCR, Elmo, 35mm Slide Projector, Microphone (wired and wireless) and Computer ( CD, and Floppy).  The Podium also controls technical functions for ITV use.  

The use of the Media/ITV Podium requires technical support staffing throughout the duration of the event.  Only the AV equipment (i.e. Media/ITV Podium, video/data projector, computer, document camera, slide to video converter, VCR, microphone, etc.) for this room may be utilized.  Bringing personal, rented, departmental, or any other equipment not specifically designated for this room is prohibited.1 Hour additional for set-up and 1 hour additional for tear down.

**ITV requires 2 Techs If Recording (Media Producition/Video Production, Technical Assistance)
