Self-service password resets are available online for users who have previously completed a set of challenge questions.
Requests may be made in person at the Customer Support Helpdesk (located in room 3021 of Eleanor Taylor Hall) between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m, Monday-Friday. Photo identification is required.
Requests may be made by faxing a copy of your employee ID Badge to Customer Support at 913-588-2579. The fax must include your name, user name and contact phone number. A support specialist will call you to confirm your password reset request.
