digital format is highly recommended. The

DVD: Our most popular format, DVD is a durable format that maintains a superb picture and sound quality that far surpasses VHS or S-VHS. We can either transfer your completed project directly to DVD (No Menus), or we can custom author a DVD with animated menus and set chapter points. We can also transfer VHS tapes to DVD.
Media Files: Encode your video or audio files into a file format that can be placed into presentations, web pages, CD-ROM, Audio CD, etc. We offer a variety of file formats (Windows Media, MPEG 1&2, Quicktime, Realplayer, AVI, WAV, MP3, etc.).
VHS, S-VHS: VHS and S-VHS have a reasonable amount of picture and sound quality. While VHS is the most popular of the two formats, it maintains a poorer picture quality. S-VHS has a slightly higher quality picture, however, requires an S-VHS player. We highly recommend DVD for these reasons: DVD has a far superior picture, sound, and durability quality. DVD is slightly more affordable. VHS is on the way out. Many manufacturers are already announcing their plans to stop making VHS players/recorders in the near future. As mentioned earlier, we can transfer VHS to DVD.
