AV Equipment

Teaching and Learning Technologies provides a number of audio and video devices for presentation purposes. All equipment is deliverable within most areas of the main campus. Teaching and Learning Technologies does not deliver equipment to Building 48, the Support Services Facility, or the Center on Health and Aging. Delivery to Kirmayer Fitness Center or Briedenthal may be compromised due to inclement weather.

Equipment is generally delivered up to 10 minutes before the required start time.

The following equipment is currently avialable for delivery.

Information required by Scheduling Agent:

• Your name, department and extension
• Date and start/end times for equipment use
• Location of event*
• Account number for billing
• AV Equipment required (e.g. Computer, LCD
  projector, etc) If you are not sure, please ask*

If the equipment requested is not available, the Scheduling Agent will work with you to find other options or time of availability. Teaching and Learning Technologies will deliver and set up the requested equipment within 10 minutes of requested start time.

Keeping AV Equipment Overnight/Multiple days

Equipment will not be left in unsecured rooms or public areas overnight or throughout the weekend. If you need equipment during these times the Scheduling Agent will adjust the delivery address to a nearby secured area for storage and retrieval.

Off Campus AV Equipment Policy

Classroom, auditorium, and delivered equipment maintained by Teaching and Learning Technologies may not be taken off of the KUMC campus.
