Measures of Effectiveness

Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs) are quantitative measures that give some insight into how effectively a unit is performing.

On this site, Information Resources reports Key MOEs, Other MOEs, and MOAs. Key MOEs are measures that the Executive Vice Chancellor's and Chancellor's offices routinely check. MOAs are measures of activity which, while not reflecting performance directly, show workload, trends, or other information useful in understanding the IR department.
