In March 2011, we began transitioning all KUMC websites to a web content management system to manage updates. As of January of 2014, almost every site has been transferred into the CMS. While this is a major accomplishment, the work continues. The next phase of development is to focus on a review of sites and evaluate sites for improvement.
Resources for users of the Content Management System are provided below as reference and post-training refreshers. If you still have questions, please feel free to contact Joshua Motsinger (913.588.4801) for help.
Our web team works closely writers and editors in the office of communications, who can help you write, re-write, update, edit or organize your content and discuss design and photo options with you. For more details about preparing for your website transition, visit the communications web site.
We have a monthly feature called CMS Tips & Tricks. In these emails we highlight features and shortcuts in the CMS that will help make your user experience easier. Use the links below to review past editions.
