In mid-January 2016, Information Resources (IR) moved to a new ticket tracking system. With this new system, IR is able to add more services to its Service Catalog and consolidate services into a common platform. Along with the expanded services, this system offers an improved user experience. This system is compatible with multiple browsers, including Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari or Google Chrome; employees and students can access the system from their computer or tablet while on or off campus.
