How to Set Internet Explorer as Your Default Web Browser

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Click on the Gear icon in the upper right corner
    the gear icon in IE highlighted
  3. Choose Internet options

  4. Click on the Programs tab > Make default button under Default web browser heading > OK button
