Although Outlook is generally thought to be much more intuitive to learn and use than GroupWise, multiple training options will be offered.  These include:

  • Overview and demonstration sessions (presented before the migration period)
  • Computer-based training modules (available at any time)
  • Short video clips of common tasks (available at any time)
  • Two-hour hands-on training sessions (offered throughout the migration period)

For University and UKP users, getting started guides and tips-and-tricks training will be available in the classroom, via Angel (KUMC's on-line learning system)  Adobe Connect "webinar" sessions, and online through video lessons, E-Learning, and Microsoft's website. Whether you are new to Outlook or a current user, courses will be available for instructor led hands-on training in a formal classroom setting.
