Profiling Chamber

photo of Profiling Chamber

Profiling chambers are located inside the glove box and are controlled for temperature, humidity, CO2 and oxygen. These two chambers are operated by computer and allow for set point and profiled oxygen concentrations. Each profiling chamber has three shelves and is capable of holding a total of nine T75 flasks. Profiling chambers are unique in their ability to adjust oxygen concentrations according to a computerized profile. In order to maintain the required environment the computer controller uses nitrogen, oxygen, and carbon dioxide gases. These profiling chambers must be reserved by using the Profiling Chamber Reservation Request Form.
