• What are the steps in making travel plans for business associates?

Problem-Solving

• What major problem have you encountered and how did you deal with it?
• How have you sought a creative solution to a work related problem.
• What have you learned from your mistakes?
• What were some steps you followed to accomplish a task?

Competency

• Give me an example of your leadership skills?
• How do you keep up with new developments and/or technology?
• What ideas have you come up with at work?
• What qualities should a successful manager possess?
• What two or three accomplishments have given you the most satisfaction? Why?

Behavioral

• What motivates you?
