Compensation and Classification

Classification is the function of assigning job titles and salary ranges to positions on the basis of the work performed and qualifications/credentials required as described in the corresponding job descriptions. Compensation includes development, implementation and maintenance of employee compensation and related policies and procedures. Periodically, salary ranges are reviewed and adjustments made based upon changes in the labor market with reference as well to internal equity considerations. Our overall compensation system is designed on the basis of these factors after analyzing the job work and responsibilities
