Entry Requirements

Valid passports are required for all transatlantic travel and it is recommended that passports be valid with an expiration date of at least six months after scheduled departure. Each person is responsible for obtaining passports. You may apply to either your local Passport Office, Clerk of the Federal Court, or designated Post Office.

Visas are not required for U.S. citizens entering France for a stay of up to 3 months. Please keep in mind that requirements for visas vary by nationality and country, and should be checked several months prior to departure.

No inoculations are required when traveling between North and South America and France.
