Customer Support

For computer or networking issues, contact Customer Support at 913-588-7995 or submit a help request ticket on the Customer Self-Service site (authentication required). Phone support hours are Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Calls on the weekend or between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. during the week will be answered by our answering service. In the event of an urgent problem, the answering service will page the appropriate on-call technician.

Facilities Management

Utilize the web-based work request form as the primary method for submitting requests to Facilities Management, during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-4:00 pm). Please use the form for all of routine, non-emergency, maintenance and discretionary work requests.

The (913) 588-7928 number is strictly for after hours (between 4:00 pm-7:30 am on weekdays and all day on weekends and holidays).
