Raj Mitra, M.D., professor and chairman of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, has been promoted to be an associate editor of the American Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

Vince Loffredo, Ed.D., vice chancellor of student services, has been appointed to serve on the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA) James E. Scott Academy Board.

Jean Peat, APR, communications manager for KU Cancer Center, has been named president-elect for the Greater Kansas City chapter of Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). 

Heather Collins, assistant director of research and learning at Dykes Library, has been selected to receive the 2016 Association of College and Research Libraries Instruction Section Innovation Award.
