See the instructions for help with filling out a work request. All requests for repairs, routine work, or services can be submitted through our on-line Work Request Form. This on-line request system immediately creates a work order, alerts the zone manager on their mobile device, and sends the work order number to you by email to verify that your request was received. Services can also be requested during normal business hours (M-F, 7:00am-4:00pm) by contacting our Service Coordinators via email or call x8-7928.
For after hour services: 4PM-7:30AM, weekends, and during state holidays, call x8-7928. Messages left on this phone after hours will be retrieved by Night Maintenance staff on a regular basis.
For University Housekeeping Service please contact them via email or directly at x8-3535, as they are an outside contractor. Email is the preferred method of contact so there is a written record of each request or issue.
