Facilities Management provides routine and emergency maintenance 24 hours a day for over 3 million square feet of campus building space.

Facilities Management (FM) is dedicated to providing, operating, and maintaining facilities in support of the University of Kansas Medical Center's (KUMC) mission. FM is responsible for planning, design, construction, operation, maintenance, and alterations of KUMC's facilities.
