The mouse has a
nonsinusal spleen, therefore no typical venous sinuses are seen in its
pulp. The pulp spaces contain lymphocytes, reticular cells,
erythrocytes, and platelets. Two small vessels in the upper right
and upper left fields are the terminal branches of the central artery.
