Dr. Kuen-Shan Hung serves as Director of the laboratory and reports to the Vice Chancellor of Research at KU Medical Center.

The staff includes:
- Barbara R. Fegley, Laboratory Manager
- Karen Grantham, Research Technician

It is our policy to develop and maintain this laboratory to serve the needs of all qualified investigators from KU Medical Center and other biomedical institutions in the region.

A committee composed of the following faculty members serves in an advisory capacity to the Director of the Electron Microscopy Research Laboratory:
