Diabetes self-management
course includes two 3-4 hour sessions held the 3rd and 4th Wednesdays of the month.
Pre-registration is required.
The comprehensive course is presented by health care professionals and is an ADA recognized program. Class must be scheduled in advance. To schedule, call 913-588-3960
One on One Education Sessions

A Diabetes Educator is available to instruct you on self-management skills (including but not limited to monitoring of blood glucose, prevention of complications, medications and adminstering injections and nutrition management). Must bring blood glucose meter and supplies to receive instruction on monitoring of blood glucose.
