Group Education
Diabetes self-management
course includes two 3-4 hour sessions held the 3rd and 4th Wednesdays of the month.

Pre-registration is required.

Support Group/Education
Last Tuesday of every other month

Health care professionals will provide information and facilitate discussion of pertinent diabetes topics. There is no charge for this group and walk-ins are welcome!

No pre-registration is required.
A Diabetes Nurse Educator is available to instruct on the use of your blood glucose meter, solve problems with your present meter, or to help you obtain a new meter. No appointment is needed; but it's best to call before to ensure availability.
Dietary Education (by a Registered Dietician)
Dietary education is available to established patients of the Diabetes Clinic, must be scheduled in advance through the Cray Diabetes Center. See the receptionist or call 913-588-3960 for scheduling.
