Here is a link for our Full Committee Review Checklist.  This will assist you in knowing the criteria the Human Subjects Committee uses in reviewing and approving a study.

Below are the Human Subject Committee Rosters for our two Committees:

HSC 1  (Meets 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month)
