Networks/Health systems are subject to KCO Rules and Regulations, in addition to the following policies.
1. TABLE ALLOTMENT/MINIMUM NUMBER OF EXHIBITORS
We encourage each organization to utilize the opportunity to have their own exhibit at KCO. All exhibit tables must have a minimum of one (1) representative present during exhibit hours.
2. SHARED EXHIBITS FOR NETWORK ORGANIZATIONS
For networked organizations that choose not to have an individual table but want to share an exhibit table with other organizations in their network, a $50 discount will be given to each organization that registers to exhibit at both the Wichita and the Kansas City career fairs once the minimum has been met. The minimum of three (3) organizations must be represented to receive the discount, with a maximum of six (6) organizations represented together at one table. No discount will be given for organizations that choose to only be represented at one career fair.
3. PAID REPRESENTATION
For health care positions to be discussed or shared with KCO attendees, during the career fair or in follow-up discussions, the organization must be a paid participant. Candidate information gathered at an exhibit at KCO must not be shared/used for recruiting for organizations that did not pay to attend or to be represented at KCO.
4. EXHIBIT MATERIALS
All signage, handouts, and giveaways must include the rural/underserved urban healthcare facility. Exhibit materials must be in reference to the specific health care facility that has paid for representation.
5. PROGRAM LISTING
In the program, each individual facility will be listed with their facility-specific address, website and facility description. The phone and email may be the network representative who serves as the contact. After the name of the facility, it will be denoted that the facility is represented by the network.
6. KCO SUPPORTERS
If a network would like to be a KCO Supporter, it must solely represent rural Kansas interests. Networks which are based in urban or out-of-state areas may be construed as a conflict of interest.
7. RIGHT TO DECLINE PARTICIPATION
Rural Health Education and Services reserves the right to decline any organization participating as an exhibitor or supporter at Kansas Career Opportunities. Exhibitors/Supporters are limited to organizations whose mission aligns with the mission and values of Rural Health Education and Services.
