Who is my audience?

Resident physicians, medical, nursing and allied health students, and other health care professionals have been invited to attend KCO. Please be prepared to talk with people in a variety of health care fields. We suggest having a representative attend who can talk with nurses and allied health, as well as someone to speak with resident physicians. In past years, attendance has ranged from 110-240 at each event.

What's included with our exhibit fee?

See our Exhibitor Rules and Regulations for a full explanation of fees and requirements.

Exhibit fee includes food and drink for two (2) representatives, 2 ½' x 6' table with tablecloth, facility profile in event booklet, and event materials for two (2) representatives, opportunity to meet with health care students and professionals to discuss future employment.

A fee of fifty dollars ($50) will be added for each additional representative (one [1] nurse recruiter at no additional charge). No more than three total representatives will be allowed.

What is the presentation in Wichita?

A panel discussion will address what it is really like to practice in rural and underserved urban Kansas. Panelists will share their practice experience. The main audience for the presentation is medical students and physician assistant students. The panel will take place from 3:00 - 4:00 P.M.. Exhibitors are invited to attend the presentation.
