Where do I unload and park?

Unloading and Set-up: 9:45 a.m. - 11 a.m.

Turn East onto 39th Street. Stop and unload your vehicle near the Shuttle Stop near Hixson Atrium.
Rural Health Staff will be at the Shuttle Stop with carts to unload your items and deliver them to your booth.

Continue down 39th Street and turn left after Dykes Library.

Make a U-turn in that area and turn right onto 39th Street.

Turn right onto Rainbow Boulevard.Turn right into Parking Lot 98.

No permit required for KCO exhibitors.

Take the outdoor sidewalk path that leads to Hixson Atrium.

Rural Health Staff will have van transportation service from Lot 98 to Hixson Atrium from 9:45 - 11 a.m.

Unload in the back lot behind the Hyatt (facing Century II). Someone from Hyatt Security or Rural Health will greet you with instructions on unloading, parking, and where you will go to set up your booth.

Who is my audience?

Resident physicians, medical, nursing and allied health students, and other health care professionals have been invited to attend KCO. Please be prepared to talk with people in a variety of health care fields. We suggest having a representative attend who can talk with nurses and allied health, as well as someone to speak with resident physicians. In past years, attendance has ranged from 110-240 at each event.

What's included with our exhibit fee?

The exhibit fee is five hundred dollars ($500) if exhibiting at both events. The exhibit fee is four hundred dollars ($400) if exhibiting at one event. Exhibit fee includes food and drink for 2 representatives, 3' x 6' space allotment, one six (6) foot table with tablecloth, exhibitor profile in event booklet, and event materials for two representatives. A fee of fifty dollars ($50) will be added for each additional representative. No more than four total representatives will be allowed.

What is the presentation in Wichita?

A panel discussion will address what it is really like to practice in rural and underserved urban Kansas. Panelists will share their practice experience. The main audience for the presentation is medical students and physician assistant students. The panel will take place from 3:00 - 4:00 P.M.. Exhibitors are invited to attend the presentation.
