About the Kansas Recruitment and Retention Center

Due to ongoing COVID-19 (coronavirus) concerns and the necessary social distancing requirements, we will be postponing Kansas Career Opportunities (KCO) Health Care Career Fairs until 2021. However, we remain committed to connecting our KRRC clients with rural-focused residents and other health care professionals. Read about the virtual solution we are offering KRRC clients.

The Kansas Recruitment and Retention Center (KRRC) is a centralized, statewide program specializing in healthcare workforce development, retention, and strategic planning. Since 2004, the KRRC has assisted over 300 physicians and other healthcare professionals with finding a job in a Kansas community.

Partnering with Healthcare Employers

Our team of healthcare recruitment professionals partner with hospitals, private physician practices, behavioral health centers, and the Kansas communities themselves in recruiting and retaining physicians, dentists, pharmacists, physician assistants, APRNs, nurses, dental hygienists, allied health, and behavioral health professionals.
