About the Kansas Recruitment and Retention Center

The Kansas Recruitment and Retention (KRRC) Center is a centralized, statewide program specializing in health care workforce development, retention, and strategic planning. Since 2004, the KRRC has assisted more than 235 health care professionals with finding a job in a Kansas community.

Partnering with Health Care Employers

The KRRC partners with hospitals, private physician practices, and community and behavioral health centers in recruiting and retaining physicians, dentists, pharmacists, physician assistants, APRNs, nurses, dental hygienists, allied health, and behavioral health professionals. 

Assisting Health Care Providers

The KRRC offers free services to support health care providers throughout the job search process, and provides assistance in finding the right practice opportunity.
