The KU Center for Telemedicine & Telehealth is an academic center and conducts research on telemedicine and telehealth technologies, distance learning, mobile health care, and other related topics. The purpose of this research is to advance the telemedicine and telehealth fields by disseminating research findings and sharing lessons learned so that others may initiate or expand their programs. Since the center's inception in 1991, KUCTT faculty and partners have completed numerous studies and pilot projects, and published or presented hundreds of times at local and regional meetings.
